Last week Josie’s mom, Shannon, sent me a message about doing her daughter’s senior pictures. We talked about all the things that Josie wanted in her shoot and the main thing was to include her steer that she shows in 4H. I have been dying to do farm senior pictures with a cow since I started my business so I was beyond excited! In addition to including her steer, Josie also wanted to do photos with the cows in the pasture. Total dream come true!
Last night I got to meet Josie for her senior pictures. We rushed through the photos with the cows hoping to be able to make it to her dad’s farm before the storm moved in. It just wasn’t possible. By the time we reached the pasture, the winds picked up and the lightning quickly closed in. We hoped that it would be a quick storm, but once the rain started we decided to make it a 2 part shoot.

Even though the shoot didn’t go as planned we definitely got some pretty awesome stormy shots! Be sure to scroll the whole way through to see the last ones we snapped before we ran back to the truck.
Thanks to Josie and Shannon for a fun night! I can’t wait for part 2 of her Maryland farm senior pictures!
