Welcome Friends!

i’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a mother and a wedding photographer. My goal is to create an experience for you that is as laid back as a Sunday afternoon all while capturing your memories in a way that is as timeless as your grandmother’s silver set.

Pennsylvania Engagement Session – Becca & Brandon

Becca and Brandon’s Pennsylvania engagement session became a 2 part shoot when the forecast in Pittsburgh changed to rain. To make sure that we got in all of the shots that we wanted we decided to meet up Friday night at the Robert Clemente Bridge for golden hour photos. We wrapped up the first part of their shoot at Mount Washington where we captured skyline views of Pittsburgh.
To give a variety in their gallery we sill met up the next morning to have some fun with the rainy day shots. I really enjoyed doing that because the two days were like night and day from each other. The first was warm and like a summer day, the next was crisp and felt like fall. Becca and Brandon were so much fun to hang out with and I really cannot wait for their wedding this coming August! Here are a few of my favorites from the first part of their Pennsylvania engagement session!

Their Story

Her Version:

We matched on Bumble when Brandon was in Orlando for the weekend. When I saw that his location was Pittsburgh the next day, I thought “what the heck” and started a convo for fun anyway. We talked for about a month before I flew to Pittsburgh for our first date. One year later, I was quitting my job and moving to Pittsburgh (just in time for winter) so we wouldn’t have to be long-distance anymore. A year and a half after moving here, we got engaged! We’ve been to 11 weddings together and now it’s finally our turn to get married!

His Version:
I was in Orlando for a weekend in 2016. When I got back to Pittsburgh on Monday, I opened a dating app to find that I had a message from a girl in Orlando. After we had been talking for a short time, I actually became upset that she lived so far away, but I wanted to keep talking to her. After a month of talking, she decided to fly up to meet me. I was convinced she didn’t like me during our first weekend together. Fast forward a year, and we’re loading up a U-Haul in Orlando to move her up to Pittsburgh. Fast forward another year and a half, I got to ask my best friend to be my wife.
